Thank you for shopping with The Very Idea! We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

During periods of high order volume, new product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer shipping throughout the United States. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: Based on carrier availability and selected service

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Eligibility and terms will be clearly stated during the promotion.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package.

In-Store Pickup

Customers may have the option to select in-store pickup at checkout.

Orders selected for pickup will typically be ready within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.

Orders will be held for 14 days unless other arrangements are made.

Shipping Delays

The Very Idea is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers
• Weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Holidays
• Incorrect shipping addresses
• Other events beyond our control

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, The Very Idea is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking indicates delivery but you cannot locate your package:

1. Check around your property and with neighbors.
2. Contact the shipping carrier directly.
3. Notify us within 7 days of the delivery date.

We will assist with carrier claims when possible but cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

At this time, The Very Idea primarily ships within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, additional duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
